Christmas wreaths of Minnesota warrants that our products shipped will conform to the order terms and shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship. Purchaser’s sole remedy in the event of a warranty claim will be replacement of the defective product. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Christmas wreaths of Minnesota shall in no event have any liability for defects in or damage to products in connection with which how Christmas wreaths of Minnesota products are used, loss of business or profits or any incidental or consequential damages or losses, what so ever. This section sets forth the only warranty applicable to the goods purchased herein and no other warranty expressed or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose shall apply to the goods, all such warranties being hereby disclaimed by purchaser.

Written notice or e-mail of any claim for defective or product shortage must be delivered to Christmas wreaths of Minnesota within 48 hours of receipt of order. In the absence of such notice purchaser will be deemed to have waived all claims.

Returns/ Substitutions

If you have received a defective product you must notify us within 48 hours and we will replace that product at our expense prior to 12/25. Your written notice shall describe defect. No refunds or credit shall be issued in any event. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled if cancellation is received prior to shipment. A 15% processing fee will be charged.

Shipping

All shipping is via United Parcel Service domestic ground and is subject to United Parcel Service transit limitations and exceptions. See UPS.com for details.

Shipping charges are $9.95 per boxed wreath or garland within the continental United States.

Minnesota residents are charged sales tax on all orders.
